Counselling and Coaching That Understands You
A space where you can feel understood, without judgement or pressure to be someone you’re not.
Perhaps you’ve spent years feeling different, trying to keep up with expectations that don’t seem to fit, or wondering why things that appear easy for others feel so difficult for you.
I offer ND-affirming counselling in Downpatrick and online, alongside neurodivergent coaching online. I support adults with anxiety and those who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or questioning whether they may have ADHD, autism or AuDHD.
You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support. You deserve to be understood as the person you are, not measured against how you think you should be.
How I Can Support You
Neurodivergence can shape how you experience emotions, relationships, expectations and everyday life. You might be trying to understand yourself better, work through anxiety or overwhelm, or find practical ways to navigate challenges that others don’t always understand.
Whether you have a diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment or are exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent, you deserve support that recognises your individual needs and strengths.
I offer counselling and neurodivergent coaching, each with a different focus but the same commitment to understanding you without judgement.

A Little About Me
I’m an integrative counsellor and neurodivergent coach based in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland.
My work is centred on understanding people beyond their difficulties, diagnoses or the expectations placed on them. I offer an ND-affirming space where you can explore your experiences, make sense of your needs and find approaches that feel right for you.
My interest in neurodivergence grew from personal experience, which led me to deepen my understanding through further learning and specialist coaching training. This has become a central focus of my work, alongside my professional counselling background.
You don’t need to change who you are to deserve support.

Who I Work With
Support that starts with understanding you
You might have spent years trying to keep up, fit in or work out why everyday life seems to take so much more effort than it does for other people.

You may have a diagnosis of ADHD, autism or AuDHD, be waiting for an assessment, or be beginning to question whether neurodivergence could help explain your experiences.
I offer ND-affirming counselling and neurodivergent coaching for adults who want to understand themselves better, feel less overwhelmed and find support that recognises how they experience the world.
